Not as of yet. The closest countries you can get a dedicated IP from are Singapore, Australia and Japan.

Am I able to change my dedicated IP Address at any time? Meaning if I signed up for the dedicated ip adderess and decided that I wanted a different dedicated ip address, would I have the option to change this? If so, how often can I do this?

Hi David.
Due to our strict No Logs policy, we don’t monitor which dedicated IP address is assigned to which account. Because of this, there’s no option to switch between dedicated IPs. Once you enter your token, you can use your dedicated IP. You can only use the token one time per account.
If you need multiple dedicated IPs, you can purchase more than one CyberGhost VPN subscription.
You can also purchase the dedicated IP add-on for a shorter period, letting you purchase another dedicated IP after your subscription expires.
Please note that for privacy reasons, we don’t keep a record of the tokens. If you lose or delete your token, there’s no option for us to restore it.

Hello,
I just got the cyber ghost vpn to configure it on my router. I was hoping that I would be able to configure the dedicated ip on my router. But looks like it’s not possible at the moment?

I setup my Server to allow RDP-Connections only from my new dedicated IP from Cyberghost. But I can’t connect to the server while I’m connected with my Cyberghost IP.
Any “What’s my IP” Services show the correct IP from Cyberghost and the connection from another IP in my setup to the server works fine.
I can’t find any option or swtich within the software to route all Traffic on all Port through the VPN-Tunnel eg. my new dedicated IP from Cyberghost.

Hi, when you say your IP is hidden from everyone does that include like Work companies, gaming companies and restricted sites? so say if im cheating in a game they cant ban my IP because its hidden right, so they can only ban the account?

Hiding your IP means when you connect to the VPN, your real IP address will be replaced with another IP from the VPN database. This helps you get around geo-restricted websites and platforms, including gaming companies, as you mentioned. Our dev team is working on making our dedicated IP feature available for routers as well. We’ll keep our Ghosties updated on the matter.
Also, as a security measure, we currently allow only one dedicated IP per VPN protocol to mitigate abuse. With various protocol combos, you protect more devices at the same time.

Hi. I love the idea of a dedicated ip. My only concern is that the country I live in isn’t represented in the countries you can choose from so am concerned my streaming of subscription tv will not work as it will think I am outside of the country. Would I be correct? And can I change between dedicated ip and just using best location as normal through the app. Hope this makes sense.

Hi, Andrew! You can get a dedicated IP located in the US, Germany, France, UK, or Canada as an add-on to your subscription. But you’ll still have access to our full server fleet. 🙂
